Due to the bespoke nature of our Couture Service, delivery is usually 8-12 weeks before your wedding date depending on our schedule.


• Direct Website Purchases
Depending on the complexity of your chosen design, delivery times vary between 1-6 weeks. Please refer to the item description for the standard delivery time of your chosen design.


• Customised Direct Website Purchases
Should you wish to customise any of our Collection to suit your requirements this may increase the delivery time of your order to allow for discussions. We will advise any increase to our standard delivery times if applicable.


• Urgent Orders
Wherever possible we try to accommodate orders which fall outside our standard delivery schedules, however this is dependant on our work schedule. Please contact us immediately if you require your order urgently.

Postage Information

• If the value of your order is less than £40 your order will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
• If the value of your order is greater than £40 your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery by 1pm.
Both methods of postage will require a signature
