How long will it take for me to receive my order?

  • All our products are handcrafted and made to order.
  • For items purchased directly from the site please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.
  • For multiple item orders purchased directly from the site please allow 8 weeks for delivery.
  • For bespoke designs and customised items from our collections we aim to deliver 8 weeks before the date of your wedding.   [Back to top]

I want to help design my tiara, what is the design process?

  • You complete the Tiararama’s Tiara Designer and submit to us.
  • We will review your input and contact you within 2 working days to discuss (if we are unable to do this for any reason we will let you know).
  • From this discussion we will produce a paper based design of your tiara.
  • Once you approve your design, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your item will be made up for you and we will send you a picture of your item for your approval.   Any changes can be made at this point.
  • Once you are satisfied with your completed item, the balancing payment is required. Upon clearance of funds, your item(s) will be sent to you.  We aim to ensure that this is no later than 8 weeks before the date of your wedding.

I like one of the designs in your collections but I don’t like the colour, can I change it?

  • Yes, you can change the colour of any of our items either in our collections or portfolio, by simply choosing the customise button on the information page of each item and select the colours you require.
  • A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your customised item.  We will send a picture (.jpg) of your item and when you are happy, we will request the balancing payment.  We aim to deliver 8 weeks before the date of your wedding.   [Back to top]

Can we make an appointment to see you?

  • Yes you can make an appointment to come and visit us to discuss your requirements.
  • To make an appointment, simply email or telephone us to arrange a convenient time.
  • Appointments are available Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 6pm to 8pm, Saturdays 10am to 4pm.

What are the postage and shipping prices?

  • All postage and packaging costs within the UK are included within the total price of the item on the website and total price of commissioned or customised orders.  For orders below £25, a standard rate of £2.50 applies.

If I am not happy with my item can I return it?

Can I cancel an order before it has been made up and will there be a penalty for doing so?

  • Yes you can cancel an order at any time but please read our terms and conditions carefully with regards potential penalty charges.

What does my deposit cover?

  • When you place a commissioned or customised order with us we will ask you for a 50% deposit which covers the following:
    • A booking fee to secure space in our schedule

How do I make Payment?

  • For items ordered directly from the website we only accept credit/debit card payments via PayPal.  However if you wish to pay by cheque please email us at info@tiararama.co.uk quoting the product number, quantity required and your name and address or call us on 0845 3703110.
  • For customised and designed items we accept both cheque (UK customers only) and and credit/debit card payments via PayPal.  You will be invoiced at the appropriate time.   [Back to top]
