By purchasing a product or service from this
website and company you agree to the following:
1. Payment

If purchasing an item directly from our website (no alterations required), we
require payment in full.

If customising an existing item a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to
secure your order. The balance to be paid prior to your goods being
dispatched. Orders due within 8 weeks are to be paid for in full.

For commissioned orders a 50% non-refundable deposit is required following
agreement of your design to secure your order unless otherwise agreed. The
balance is required prior to your goods being dispatched. Orders due within 8
weeks are to be paid for in full.

All deposits must be paid within 28 days of invoice to secure your order
(unless otherwise agreed - see below). Failure to do so may result in
Tiararama offering your schedule slot to another customer.
Special terms for payment or deposit due date may be offered in
exceptional circumstances and are done so in good faith. Failure to
adhere to these special terms may result in Tiararama requesting immediate
payment in full, changing your scheduled dates or in extreme circumstances,
cancelling your order.
2. Mock Up Service
A deposit is required as security and includes return postage &
packaging. The deposit is fully redeemable against the total price
of the order.
Unless previously agreed, mock ups are required to be returned within 28 days
of delivery. Items are sent recorded delivery as proof of posting and
delivery.
Customers must return the mock up in its original packaging and ensure
they keep the return postage details carefully as the cost of must be met
by the customer should this be lost.
Mock ups are made in materials of lesser quality to those of actual products
but must still be returned to Tiararama in good order.
All designs are and remain the property of Tiararama. No part may be
copied, shared, distributed or transmitted (including via public forum) without
the express permission of Tiararama. Tiararama reserves the right
to seek legal recourse if any design is copied or plagiarised.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:

Personal Cheque (UK Customers only) for customised and bespoke items only.

Credit and Debit Card via PayPal for all purchases direct from the website.

Direct Bank Transfer.

Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of funds.
4. Delivery Times
All our products are handcrafted and made to order. Our standard delivery times
are as follows:
-
For items purchased within our current collections please allow 3-6 weeks for
delivery. A £10 surcharge is applicable if you require an item sooner
than stated.

For commissioned designs and customised items we aim to deliver 8 to 12
weeks before your wedding date, unless otherwise agreed.

Urgent orders are possible. Please contact us with your requirements and we
will try to accommodate you.

During busy periods it may be necessary to alter these delivery times, but we
will inform you at the time.
5. Postage & Shipping prices
-
All postage and packaging costs within the UK are included within the total
price of the item on the website and total price of commissioned or customised
orders.

For items below a value of £38 all items are sent 1st Class recorded delivery.
For all other items we send all of our orders Royal Mail Special Delivery.

For International Customers all items will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure.
Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase.

Tiararama is not responsible for the delivery times of the chosen carrier.

Tiararama is not responsible for any import taxes/charges incurred from your
purchase.
6(a). Cancellation Policy - Direct Website Purchase
Orders may be cancelled without incurring charges provided:
-
no work has begun on the order.
If work has commenced (usually one week before the completion date quoted on the
invoice), cancellation may incur a charge at Tiararama's discretion, the
equivalent to

cost of non reusable materials (wire and ribbon)
labour charged at our standard hourly rate (please enquire for details).
A timesheet will be provided to you should this situation arise.
6(b).
Cancellation Policy - Bespoke/Customised Designs
Orders may be cancelled without incurring charges above loss of deposit
provided:
-
no work to make any piece in the order has begun.
If work has commenced (for large orders this may be several weeks ahead of the
completion date quoted on the invoice), cancellation may incur an additional
charge at Tiararama's discretion, the equivalent to
-
cost of non reusable materials for any work already carried out
including mock ups not covered by our Mock Up Service (wire and
ribbon)
labour charged at our standard hourly rate (please enquire for details).

A timesheet will be provided to you should this situation arise.
The penalty charge will not exceed the overall price of the bespoke/customised
order less deposit already paid.
7(a). Returns Policy - Direct Website Purchase
If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us within 3 days of delivery.
A replacement or refund will be provided for the total value of the goods
ordered provided they are returned:

In their original condition & packaged securely in their original
packaging.

Within 7 days (UK) of purchase and before the date of the Wedding.

For International Customers, returns accepted within 14 days of purchase in
their original packaging and before the date of the wedding.

The returner is responsible for paying return postage and no postage or
shipping costs will be refunded.
7(b). Returns Policy - Bespoke/Customised Designs
All completed pieces are photographed and sent to the customer for
approval. Confirmation that the customer is happy with the item in the
photograph is taken as acceptance of the piece. All pieces are
photographed prior to dispatch as proof of completion and
condition. Returns are only accepted on the following exceptional
basis:

The piece has been damaged in transit and we must be contacted on the day of
receipt.

The piece is faulty and we must be contacted on the day of receipt.
In these exceptional circumstances we are happy to replace the order or refund
to the value of the order less deposit provided they are returned:

In their original condition & packaged securely in their original
packaging.

Within 7 days (UK) of purchase and before the date of the Wedding.

For International Customers, returns accepted within 14 days of purchase in
their original packaging and before the date of the wedding.

8. Product Quality

As all of our products are handcrafted slight variations will occur between the
items you see on our website and those you receive.

The colour control of all materials used in making our products are the
responsibility of our suppliers and may occasionally differ from what is shown.

All items leave Tiararama in perfect condition. Any items that are damaged
during transit may be returned for replacement or refund.
9. Disclaimer

All of our products are made and finished off to a high standard. They are hair
and bridal accessories and are not toys.

We advise that all children, especially those under the age of 5, wearing or
carrying these items (especially flowergirl wands and bouquets) be supervised
at all times as the beads may become a choking hazard if swallowed and if the
wire is broken it may have sharp ends. Tiararama accepts no
responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of these items.
10. Ownership Rights
All product designs are exclusive to Tiararama and remain the
intellectual property of Tiararama. Tiararama reserves the right to use
the design in its advertising. Tiararama also reserves the right to use any
feedback you provide on our website.
The content and images contained in this website are the property of
Tiararama. No part of this website or any of the designs on this
website may be copied or used without the express permission of
Tiararama. Tiararama reserves the right to seek legal recourse if any
of the designs featured on this website are copied or plagiarised.
11. Privacy Statement
Your privacy is important to both of us.
Under no circumstances will Tiararama disclose any of the information you have
provided to another party, without your express written (by letter or email)
permission.
All the details you provide will be used purely to facilitate your order and
